Profile

I am a postgraduate student of archeology and archaeometry with experience in the field and a special interest in illustration of artifacts and remote sensing technologies.
A little backstory
I've always liked to draw. At six years old I started drawing at the Academy of Peiraikos Syndesmos in Piraeus Greece, where I was rewarded for my charcoal and oil paintings. I continued with classical illustration and drawing courses for the Academy of Fine Arts and at the same time, I decided to get a bachelor's degree in archaeology.

Archaeology became a passion of mine: in my first survey in 2016, I started experimenting with archaeological illustrations of lithics and pottery found in the field and I continued ever since. I have expanded my knowledge of digital arts with classes for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. After my degree in Archaeology and Cultural Resources Management in 2020, I continued my studies with an MSc in Cultural Heritage Materials and Technologies where I focused on Landscape Archaeology and GIS. I assist in the field as an archaeologist and illustrator for different projects where I have the opportunity to learn, gain experience and friends.
